Privacy Policy

01. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide the Duangdee app services:

• Account Data: Email, password (bcrypt hash), display name, date of birth, zodiac sign
• Profile Data: Avatar, birthplace, birth time (for astrological calculations)
• Usage Data: Fortune history, AI chat messages, favorites, sharing activity
• Transaction Data: Subscription/credit purchases via Apple/Google — no credit card data is stored
• Technical Data: User-agent, IP address (for security logging), devices used to log in
• OAuth Data: If signing in via Google/Apple — email, displayName, and avatar URL provided

02. How We Use Your Data

• To provide fortune-telling, predictions, and AI chat services
• To personalize predictions based on your profile (zodiac, date of birth)
• To manage subscriptions, credits, and daily quotas
• To send important emails (OTP, password reset)
• To send in-app notifications
• To improve AI quality using aggregated/anonymized data
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats

We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell data to third parties.

03. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini AI — Sends prompts and questions to generate predictions
• Cloudinary — Stores user avatars
• Resend — Sends transactional emails (OTP, confirmation)
• Apple App Store / Google Play — Handles payment processing (no card data stored)
• Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple — Authentication only
• AstrologyAPI — Computes planetary positions and 12-zodiac data from birth dates

04. Data Storage & Security

• Data stored in MongoDB (Asia region) — encrypted at rest
• Passwords hashed using bcrypt (10 rounds)
• JWT tokens for authentication (refresh + access tokens)
• HTTPS only for all data transmission
• Only refresh token hashes stored, never actual tokens — to prevent theft

05. Your Rights

Under PDPA (Thailand Personal Data Protection Act) and GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a full export of your data
• Rectification: Edit your profile via the 'Edit Profile' page in the app
• Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Tap 'Delete Account' in the 'Privacy' section — permanent deletion
• Restriction of Processing: Send a request to gavinduval222@gmail.com
• Withdraw Consent: Log out and delete your account at any time

06. Data Retention

• Active accounts: Data retained as long as you continue to use the service
• Deleted accounts: Hard-deleted immediately; audit log (email + deletion date) kept for 90 days for legal compliance
• Transaction data (IAP): Retained for 7 years under tax law
• Login logs: Retained for 90 days

07. Children's Privacy

The minimum age for this app is 13 years (or as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from younger children. If discovered, such data will be deleted immediately.

08. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

• ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค: User-agent, IP address (เพื่อ security log) อุปกรณ์ที่ login
• ข้อมูล OAuth: หาก login ผ่าน Google/Apple — เก็บ email, displayName, avatar URL ที่ provider ส่งมา

02. เราใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร

• ให้บริการดูดวง คำทำนาย และ AI chat ตามที่ user ขอ
• ปรับแต่งคำทำนายให้ตรงกับโปรไฟล์ของคุณ (ราศี วันเกิด)
• จัดการ subscription, เครดิต, และโควตารายวัน
• ส่ง email สำคัญ เช่น OTP รีเซ็ตรหัสผ่าน
• ส่งการแจ้งเตือนในแอป (in-app notifications)
• ปรับปรุงคุณภาพ AI โดยใช้ข้อความ chat แบบ aggregated/anonymized
• ป้องกัน fraud, abuse, security threats

เราไม่ใช้ข้อมูลของคุณเพื่อโฆษณา และไม่ขายข้อมูลให้ third party

03. บริการของบุคคลที่สาม

แอปของเราใช้บริการจาก third party ต่อไปนี้:

04. การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย

• ข้อมูลถูกเก็บใน MongoDB (database server in Asia region) — encrypted at rest
• รหัสผ่าน hash ด้วย bcrypt (10 rounds)
• JWT tokens สำหรับ authentication (refresh + access tokens)
• HTTPS เท่านั้นสำหรับการส่งข้อมูลทุกครั้ง
• เก็บ refresh token hash ไม่ใช่ token จริง — กันการขโมย

05. สิทธิของคุณ

ภายใต้ PDPA (พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล) และ GDPR คุณมีสิทธิดังนี้:

• ขอดู: ขอ export ข้อมูลทั้งหมดของคุณ
• ขอแก้ไข: แก้ไขโปรไฟล์ผ่านหน้า 'แก้ไขโปรไฟล์' ในแอป
• ขอลบ (Right to be forgotten): กดปุ่ม 'ลบบัญชี' ในหน้า 'ความเป็นส่วนตัว' ของแอป — ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดถาวร
• ขอจำกัดการประมวลผล: ส่งคำขอที่ gavinduval222@gmail.com
• ถอนความยินยอม: logout + ลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ

06. ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล

• บัญชีที่ active: เก็บตลอดที่ user ยังใช้งาน
• บัญชีที่ลบแล้ว: ลบทันที (hard delete) เก็บแค่ audit log (email + วันที่ลบ) ไว้ 90 วัน
• ข้อมูล transaction (IAP): เก็บ 7 ปี ตามกฎหมายภาษี
• Log การเข้าระบบ: เก็บ 90 วัน

07. เด็กและเยาวชน

แอปนี้กำหนดอายุขั้นต่ำ 13 ปี (หรือตามกฎหมายของแต่ละประเทศ) เราไม่จงใจเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กอายุน้อยกว่านี้ — หากพบว่ามีข้อมูลเด็กในระบบ เราจะลบทันที

08. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว การเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญจะแจ้งผ่าน email หรือ in-app notification อย่างน้อย 7 วันก่อนมีผลบังคับใช้
